Tooling

We have two established modern tool rooms in India and China as vendors with whom we collaborate technically to design and manufacture all our PDC tools. The tool design is validated using ProCAST or MAGMA simulation software for optimal results. The tool makers are equipped with state-of-art CAD/CAM manufacturing facilities. Adequate attention is given to tool maintenance activities in-house to maximize tool life.
